The *Shimmering* series was awarded the second prize in the Young Talents category at the 21st Hanau Silver Triennial 2025. Countless silver threads, meticulously hand-welded, construct a vessel form imbued with rhythmic structure. The surface texture resembles fine fabric, with silver threads arranged in an irregular pattern, allowing light and shadow to flow between them, evoking the soft and continuous luster of silk. The work emphasizes a dialogue between metal and light, generating a sense of fluidity and dynamism as light shifts. Existing with a natural, intrinsic power, the piece reveals a dynamic spatial tension, seeking to explore the relationship between light, line, and space, enabling viewers to experience the rhythm of light and the passage of time. The *Shimmering* series focuses on the spatial narrative of silver threads transitioning from line to volume. Through innovative experimentation with traditional filigree techniques, it both carries forward the essence of the craft and endows metal vessels with a contemporary artistic perspective on spatial perception.
